Refund policy

JHJ offers no return and no exchange on the basis of liking or disliking , fitting and whatsoever reason, except if customer got the product, which is not ordered or different from what is ordered.

This policy is strict, and there is no compromise or request entertained, as JHJ offers all its customers video call facility and therefore it is recommended that in case of any doubt, please ENSURE AND USE video call facility before placing the order.

In case of claiming that the product received is broken or damaged or is not what is shown in the picture, an unboxing video of the product Is required to initiate further enquiry

Provided what is not show in the picture would only mean that you have got a different product or base, Metal is not brass or the colour of the product is not substantially the same. 

Also, note that images of the product may vary 5% and liking or disliking will not be the basis of stating that the product is not the same as shown in the Picture.

To prove that the product is not What is shown in the picture, please send me comparable photo to prove the same.

Once the unboxing video is shared and it is approved by JHJ to be returned, customer will still eligible for a refund, customer shall dispatch the same to JHJ and the item must be in the same condition In which customer received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customer also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
